Agreement to Terms By enrolling in any programs or services offered by Titan Evolution Training and Nutrition Personal Fitness (referred to as "Titan Evolution" or "we"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.
Services Offered Titan Evolution provides personalized fitness training and nutrition guidance to individuals seeking to improve their health and fitness levels. Services may include but are not limited to personal training sessions, nutrition counseling, meal planning, and fitness assessments.
Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their health, medical history, fitness goals, and dietary preferences. It is imperative to disclose any medical conditions or injuries that may affect participation in fitness activities.
Payment and Refunds Payment for services rendered by Titan Evolution is due as per the agreed-upon terms outlined in the service agreement. Refunds may be provided at the discretion of Titan Evolution in accordance with our refund policy.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session.
Disclaimer of Liability Participation in fitness training and nutrition programs involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, injury, or adverse reactions to dietary changes. Titan Evolution shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of our services.
Intellectual Property All materials provided by Titan Evolution, including workout plans, meal plans, and educational resources, are proprietary and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.
Confidentiality Titan Evolution will maintain the confidentiality of all client information shared during the course of our services, except as required by law or with the client's express consent.
Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Titan Evolution operates.
Modification of Terms Titan Evolution reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Titan Evolution Training and Nutrition Personal Fitness - Three-Month Minimum Rule with Non-Refundable Policy
Minimum Three-Month Commitment By enrolling in any programs or services offered by Titan Evolution Training and Nutrition Personal Fitness (referred to as "Titan Evolution" or "we"), you agree to commit to a minimum duration of three months. This commitment ensures optimal results and allows for proper assessment of progress over time.
Non-Refundable Policy Payment for the three-month commitment is non-refundable, regardless of circumstances, including but not limited to changes in schedule, relocation, or personal preferences. This policy is in place to uphold the integrity of our services and maintain consistency in client engagement.
Payment Terms Payment for the three-month commitment is due upfront and in full prior to the commencement of services. Clients may choose to pay in installments, provided that the full amount is settled before the start of the program.
Cancellation of Services Clients may not cancel services or request a refund during the three-month commitment period. Failure to complete the three-month commitment does not entitle the client to a refund or credit for unused services.
Modification of Services Titan Evolution reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the three-month commitment, including but not limited to program structure, session frequency, or trainer assignment. Any modifications will be communicated to clients in advance.
Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Titan Evolution operates.
